The café is fun.  That is how we describe it.  It is a lot of work and really early mornings.  We serve up a great cup of coffee (or specialty Drink) with fresh baked goods a warm smile.  We have a group of people that come and have made some great friendships and maybe a romance or two.  It truly is FUN!  It is so different from the pizza parlor.  Again, we have great staff.  We bake, make quiche, even home-made cinnamon rolls.  On any given day you can go in the café and be pleasantly surprised with the very tempting smells of something fabulous in the oven.  Unlike the restaurant the sandwiches is the café are cold. We have quite a variety too.   Some of them are tuna, chicken salad, and a great veggie gourmet.  The café also offers a wide variety of toppings and breads to choose from.  We are always trying new things.  To top off a great meal we have yogurt and ice cream, shaved ice, milkshakes and brownie sundaes (to mention a few).
